Darcy Hat

This "Darcy" style cowboy hat was hand felted using natural alpaca fiber. (All natural color straight from the animal.)  You tell me your color preference and I will make it to order. The photos are examples of what I have in stock, or favorites I have made for others. The brim size on this style looks best at about 3″. This felted alpaca hat fits most small to average head sizes and is very comfortable because it forms to your head.
This hat design has a shorter crown and may look best on a more petite individual, whether a man and women. It has the trademark Moondance Alpaca Ranch wire in the brim, so that you can shape it to the perfect cowboy style without loosing the comfort and the warmth of the alpaca felt. The size of the brim and the color personalize it just for you.
Alpaca fiber comes in 22 natural colors and can be mixed or dyed to your specific taste. The Darcy hat was designed by Alicia Marshall for Moondance Alpaca Ranch.
