Painting With Fiber

We will begin by learning to wet felt to create your canvas. Then learn to needle felt your design with colored roving. Start with carded fiber and go home with a beautifully painted piece of fabric.

You do not need prior experience to enjoy this class. Wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting wet. Class will take 4-5 hours.

1.) Practice technique on sample material
2.) Create your "canvas"
3.) Begin needle felting design in place
4.) Wet felt to create solid piece of fabric
